Curved cast segment of the DIP PIPE assembly for cement preheater cyclones. Multi-segment vertical tube section (~235mm chord x 510-685mm tall) bolted into the full dip tube. Exposed to 700-900°C hot gas + alkali-laden dust in the preheater string. ∅5420 x 2285mm full assembly available.
