Advanced Casting & QA Capabilities
State-of-the-art casting processes, in-house testing, and machining — from your drawing to a certified casting.
Casting Methods
We select the optimal process based on part geometry, material, weight, and production volume.
Green Sand Casting
Up to 2,500 kg per piece
Our primary process for gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings. Automated molding lines with tight dimensional control and high repeatability.
Shell Mold Casting
0.5 kg – 150 kg
Improved surface finish and dimensional accuracy over green sand. Ideal for pump components, valve trim, and complex internal passages.
No-Bake / Furan Process
Up to 5,000 kg
Chemical binder process enabling large, complex castings with excellent dimensional integrity. Used for our heaviest industrial components.
Lost Foam Casting
1 kg – 500 kg
Polystyrene foam pattern process for intricate designs without parting lines. Excellent for prototype and complex industrial parts.
